This Conjoinment would be due to a surgery meant to save Rosa’s life after an incident.
At first even though Rosa’s life was saved, Genesect was hysterical and confused while Rosa was terrified and devastated after seeing the first time they’re conjoined to each other but Colress assured her that he saved her life and that it’s meant for the greater good to not only see if a mythical Pokemon like Genesect would come to know Rosa’s good nature but to also have a more effective way of stopping Ghetsis once and for all. Rosa agreed and Genesect was calmed and became more willing to be with Rosa thanks to a special mind-control machine designed by Colress.
Together, Rosa and Genesect made their way to the Plasma Frigate where Ghetsis’ plan was almost coming to fruition and they were not alone. That’s because N arrived there with his Legendary Pokemon partner but Ghetsis managed to fuse it with Kyurem using the DNA Splicers. Although it got worse when Ghetsis forced Kyurem to merge with N’s legendary Pokemon, Rosa and Genesect managed to defeat the merged Kyurem using her Pokemon and as well as Genesect’s moves before it separated and they even secured a quicker victory over Ghetsis using the combined moves of the Genesect and Rosa’s Pokemon. Although Rosa was pretty disappointed that she couldn’t live life as a normal human being anymore, she is still glad that Genesect has aided her in defeating Ghetsis thanks to their cooperation and teamwork.
