Nico's awesome. Even though he was a traitorous ass until the end, Nakamura was cool too. But Thalia and Zoe are still my faves.

- Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. It's about an apocalypse, satan's spawn, an angel and demon who are like BFFs, and there are also personifications of Death, War, Pollution, and Famine. Unfortunately, I let a friend borrow that book.
- His Majesty's Dragon by Naomi Novik: most of the fanart I've been doing, man.
- CODEX ALERA by Jim Butcher. I have the first book you can borrow and Tas is reading the second and it is like Avatar, but better and sexier.
- The Hollow Chocolate Bunnies of the Apocalypse by Robert Rankin. Toy Town with murder mysteries and DETECTIVE EDDIE BEAR WITH HIS SIDEKICK JACK, AND THE AWESOME WHORE, JILL. I have it and the book is nearly in pieces because I love it so much. D:

Oh, I've tried reading Pierce's books, but they all have female protagonists and I'm not really big on that. I have this weird mindset that since /I'm/ a girl, why would I want to read about /other/ girls? Haha, I'm dumb.

XD I'm kinda the opposite I guess... Well the Circle of Magic books have four main characters and one of them is a guy. Each one gets a book that's mostly about them and the last one is the guy's... But the girls are pretty cool too. The way I see it, /I'm/ a girl, so I like reading about /other/ girls kicking guys' asses. XD

oooh, I can relate. Up until freshman year of high school I was totally into those kinds of books with badass female protagonists. I think I did an overkill with the subject so now I sort of avoid it. Have you read books by Sharon Shinn? It's sort of romance-fantasy guilty pleasure, but I like her female characters. And do you like sci-fi? I also have another series to rec if you do.

Hahah well I've been reading a lot of books with male protagonists lately so I needed some of the Pierce characters. XD No, I've never heard of her. Eeegghhh whenever I hear romance-fantasy I start thinking of Twilight. And that thought never ends well. Yeah, some sci-fi books are good. Have you ever heard of "I am the Messenger" by Markus Zusak? I loooove that book. It's a little different though...

Hm, I only liked her after she died. The way she left Nico to join the hunters didn't sit too well with me since I'm a big sister too and I was like... um, selfish much? Whatever. She was still cool in the end, haha.
