An amusing chibi pic i promised to my friend! Altough now that i think about it, I tend not to keep promises... or hold them off for a very long time... eheheh...anyway, even though it's not my best work, i enjoyed making it. I guess because it's one friend taunting the other... and it brings back fond memories of scares and spazz attacks! Lolz!
