Yeah, I'm totally late getting into it XD But everything is so pretty and wonderful I just can't get enough.
Plus the characters are so nice and easy to draw, which is a nice change from pretty much every other character I like lol XD

It's just the detail and art in it is what makes it addicting, plus the music and being able to travel with a complete stranger makes it even more awesome. ;w;

Yeah, put all that together and you get a truly magical experience.
I always get so attached to my companions. Even if we are only together a short time it always hurts when we have to say goodbye ;n; That's one of my favorite things about this game, it tells a story and can elicit such an emotional response without having to use any dialogue at all.

Dx Oh that's right, playing a Facebook game called Ovipets and playing Pokemon. =w= And what's even sadder is that I've never heard of it until I watched a PewDiePie video where someone sent him a clay Journey mask, and boom I was addicted to Journey from then on. Mmm..... I still wished my mom got me the game before the PS3 for Christmas! D'x I would've bought it, but I don't have the money. ;n; I hope I will soon... I want to badly hurt myself with aching feels and tears and play it every day. Q n Q

lol same here, I remember the game coming out in 2012, but I only just now got around to finally playing it XD It's great though because even after all this time there are still people playing it a lot. I was a bit worried that it would be totally empty by now and really hard to find companions, but so far I've been able to find at least one every time I play. It's still so active and that's awesome.

It's still a good game, even after three years after it's been released. c: It's not violent, it doesn't have aliens coming to take over the world, it's a graceful and stunning game that's not really a game, instead it's about bonding with someone. I wish there were more games like that where you meet someone anonymous on a game and travel to a single location together, like Journey. ;w; -sigh- But there are games that focus more on violence rather than companionship. =w=

Yeah, it really holds up despite how long its been out.
It really is more of an experience than a game. It's literally about the journey, not the destination. It's the people you meet and the memories you make along the way that matter most, and I've never played a game that captures that better than Journey.

Exactly! If I play the game with another person, I hope that they'll be more interested in the landscape and not the mountain itself, or ditch me just to be War Machine bait. .-. I want to find that 'desert flower' and find more secrets. c: I also want to go to the tower near the end of the game and just sit there and watch the cloth whale or cloth dragon just move by slowly or fly with it. Actually.... Heck I just want to see all of the places in the game. x3

Yeah, I've run into a few of those players that just seem like they're in a hurry to finish. It's much more fun if you explore and goof around and find all the little secrets. I like trying to fly up and perch on top of things to get a good view. And of course being a derp and faceplanting in the sand XD That's always fun.

Oh I want to do that! When I first saw the faceplant, I immediately thought of myself doing that because it looked so funny and cute. Cx I hope that the companion I get wouldn't mind it, or faceplant in the sand with me. xD I want to do so many things in the game, like entering the glitch world, play around with the War Machines a bit, even do those 'taming' things where you glitch the War Machines and they don't attack you. c: -sigh- I'm going to have to make a list of to-do things once I get the game, and a PS3. *w*

Mmhm, that seems to be a bit of an unwritten code of conduct for white-cloaks to guide the less experienced red-cloaks to all the secrets. It's actually kinda awesome how amazing most players are in this game. One white-cloak helps a red-cloak achieve Transcendence and then when that red-cloak becomes a white-cloak they do the same for any red-cloaks they meet in the future. Seems like most of them just know this unspoken code and pass on the secrets to the next red-cloak even though they don't technically have to.
