A fun art piece for a rpg I'm hosting. It's in the Anime Campaign universe, so it kinda takes place in the universe of Epithet Erased.So anyways my tablet broke so I've been forced to do digital art with a mouse, so my gf has been helping out a lot with the art for my campaign, but she's a player so I have to be vague lol. Here's her character (Kai) and an NPC who is his husbando (Lucas)
She drew and lined a little doodle and I was just going to color it... and then I got carried away.
There was more planned for the background like a tent and palm trees but my wrist was killing me so I didn't add them... I hope the colors convey the tropical island enough. This was quite fun. I've been inspired by Julia's backgrounds (from Drawfee ) and breath of the wild. I want to draw more backgrounds! painting the mountain was quite fun! I'm proud of the background, not so much how the characters came out... oh well... I wish I had a tablet. Oh and I love Kritas brushes... the grass brush saved my life.
