Even Pendleton Ward creates better vampires, than Stephanie Meyer.What? It's true.
Yes, I will sadly admit, I have read Twilight and seen its movies, but to me, that was ages ago. I'm a nice girl, and always go by my own rule to at least give something a chance or maybe it's something that needs time to grow on, in order to like. But, by the time the fourth book came out, I just dropped it and moved on. Bella being a whiny Sue was one thing, and I could even take the werewolves being shapeshifters instead, (since shapeshifting is badass) but I took my fall when the vampires sparkled, when most of the second book consisted of Bella just a whiny/bitchy emo (which felt like was a dull and lifeless read.), and the werewolf/shapeshifter "bond" bit, when Jacob was having something for Bella's daughter (Gross...). Lestat is probably rolling in a makeshift grave, or plotting to burn all Twilight copies. Because, Anne Rice's vampires = awesome. Even if Adventure Time takes the more creative and humorous route as a cartoon, it works. Because, Marceline is still more of a vampire, than any of the Cullens or all of Meyer's vampire creations, combined.
Look on the bright side, if lots of people don't like Stephanie Meyer for her Twilight series, that shows any of us or with writing potential could publish our own books, and prove to make more of a better or decent job, than she did.
Honest to God, Stephanie Meyer reassured me that I could probably get some of my writings published, for how criticized hers gets (minus the Twitards). If that kind of content got published, why can't mine? 
And I guarantee, as I hardly have an ego, I even know my writing would be more well-received. Stephen King said it best, about Meyer.And, I'm not intentionally bashing any Twilight fans. I respect people's own opinions. If you like the series, by all means.

I knew the Twilight series was trouble ever since I saw everyone reading it in the 4th Grade. I never bothered reading it, but I knew it'd be some sort of overly mainstream soap opera in literate form.
Man, I don't give the me from Elementary school enough credit. I made a smart choice back then.

I haven't watched Twilight yet but I read the book. More than two hundred pages long. Normally a book that thick would make me happy, but after reading like, 20 pages, I shut it closed and screamed, "CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!"

I left the theater at the sparkly "vamp" scene. Tried to watch it again after, couldn't do it, just couldn't do it. The movie sucked then I tried to read the books, couldn't do that either. Just the whole thing is bad...

I'm not sure how long. I think it may have only been for else than half and hour. It felt like forever. @ @;;;

This is so mathematical. When I saw the first movie of Twilight series, I literally was sitting with my jaw dropped. I was expecting, according to press infos, some epic movie with tense love and dark climate. And all I got was this lousy feeling of that I don't understand this world anymore.

that's because, the whole plot is sappy which made it blah one thing that was noticeable is that the vampires almost act like the matrix, and one thing that's really crazy is that she want's to follow him and every time he fights when she's around all she does is hyperventilate or scream "no!", "Edward!", & "Jacob!" not to mention that in the 3rd movie she tries to seduce him then the day after they got engaged she randomly kisses jacob in front of him. it's basically a crack chick flick, but, i kind of find it funny that the only people who are still into this series are either the trendy emo/scene/hipster girls, almost any girl in middle school, & girls who at least in 3rd grade who try to act like teenaged party girls.

MATHEMATICAL, *ahem* I didn't even watch/read any Twilight book to speak of, I had 3 sisters that did so for me, as they ended up telling me about it. They mentioned a lot of things but once they got to the fact that in these books that Vampires sparkled, the entire series got dumped in epic fail sauce. Seriously though, Blade don't Sparkle, Lestat doesn't need to in order for women to find him attractive, Neither does D or Alucard. So WTH stephanie Meyer!! I do like you Time stamp btw very funny. And Adventure Time keeps making me wonder who Finn might end up with. I really like Lady Rainicorn, mainly cuz of the double rainbow commercial and the fact that she speaks Korean. ^_^

I've always thought he'd end up with Princess Bubblegum (since Marceline has strongly stated she and Finn are just friends, and when he attempted out of desperation in an episode, she was completely against it). And then, based on the latest season finale episode (or the one originally meant to, and became the episode before the last, that was a two-parter involving Princess Bubblegum), I thought Bubblegum seemed more likely, with Finn.

It's funny, I'm learning Japanese but don't speak much Korean, however my lil sister that lives with me does speak Korean. We intend to teach each other once we have a mastery of our chosen language. Sometimes I think I hear some Japanese from Lady Rainicorn, but then my sis says its still korean. xD They sound similar in some sentences sometimes. ^_^
