She doesn't care for the lives of others and sees mortals as nothing more then practice against her real foes.
Addendum: During the Demon War, Cold Heart was killed by her rival Devina. Her spirit later entered the body of the hunter Marble along with Black Shadows spirit. The two of them would later be reborn as Marbles children Ivory and Ebon.
