I can relate to this. I have a little brother that spends most on his time on his computer in his room. When ever my dad suggests we go somewhere like a hike, I always wanted my little brother to come along regardless of the denials. Since "Conquest" is also considered a Horseman, but these days, he's used interchangeably with Pestilence, is "Conquest" also another name for Pestilence, or a title among the Four Horsemen in this universe? Just wanna figure our how that works here. Cause in my own interpretation of the Horsemen legend, I guessed "Conquest" is what the leader of the Four Horsemen is also called, whoever among them gets to be picked as said leader anyway. But it might be different here of course.

Fine but the reason for it was leading to my biggest thought/question of mine from seeing this guy which you could probably answer although if I am correct you might not tell me cause it could be a spoiler but here it is the SCP plague doctor's motivation was to cure people of the pestilence which is human mortality is death's motivation the same but with the desire to rebirth mortals into monsters like himself because he has a belief that monsters are superior entities and wants to start the apocalypse so he can turn more mortals into monsters? am I at least in the ballpark?

I think that makes sense honestly since more commonly these days, Pestilence is used much more than Conquest. Though one time, I actually saw a character who represented both Conquest and Famine in a series called Kamen Rider Gaim, in a character called Bujin Gaim. That's honestly part of why I guessed that Conquest could be taken up by whoever of the Four Horsemen becomes the leader here.
