I imagine that an inkling's ink is effective on Mario as the graffiti from Super Mario Sunshine. In other words, it may harm Mario, but it takes a lot to do so and it wears off when he gets clean. His water on inklings however...they don't have it so easy. I'm sure Mario won't actually harm them though. He's probably just messing with them...until they strike first that is.

I just got a story idea from this picture
Princess Peach gets a letter from Daisy calling for help since She and Luigi went on vacation to (insert place where Splatoon takes place here) and now Luigi is missing and she fears she's next. Princess Peach sends Mario to investigate. Before he leaves, Professor E. Gadd gives Mario F.L.U.D.D 2.0 which has spread shot capabilities, Charge shot capabilities, A hose Nozzle, and can shoot out water bombs along with modified Hover and Rocket Nozzles (No turbo Nozzle) and made Mario a Super Scope Nozzle. Mario decided to bring Yoshi along for the ride as well. When he gets their he can feel everyone starring at him with more hate then fear. Can Mario find Daisy and his Brother? Find out on
