I think my favorite thing here is that Mummymon's egg is leaning toward Arukenimon's, kind of like he's trying to cuddle her. So in character and they probably don't even have conscious thought yet!

It can be argued that Oikawa created those two as a testament to the memory of his lost friend, Hiroki, even if Vamdemon was influencing him. It's also not too farfetched to believe that when he used the power of the Dream World to restore the Digital World, he also made it so Arukenimon and Mummymon were reborn in the Village of Beginnings, despite the fact that they were destroyed in the Dream World.
