Yup.
"Shonen/Shounen" = Japanese word for "boy"
"Ai" = One of three Japanese words for "love"
Therefore, "Shonen-ai" = "Boy Love"
Yeah, one of the first things an otaku needs to know (in my opinion, anyway) is the meaning of frequently-used terms like that.
