Wowww I love this picture! Tsunade is one of my favorite Naruto characters!
The proportions are really nice and her hair looks fantastic, as do her eyes. However, I feel her breasts are a little off. Boobs have surprisingly a pretty heavy weight to them, especially knockers like Tsunade's. They should 'sag' a little more. Sag sounds gross.. they should have 'more weight' to them and they should be a little more hanging down.
Also, her 'nipples' seem a little bit too high. Due to the weight of the chest, the nipples won't be dead center. They'd be a little further down.
Other than that, this picture is amazing! (just shows that I'm the creep to critique on boobs. LOL) Beautiful job
