wow... now, I'm sure Russia is not such a dark gloomy place that all the movies and games make it out to be, but even this photo adds to that sentiment. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's a bad thing. However, over the years I've developed this mental association that when I think of Russia, scenes from "Fallout" first come to mind (if you played the game?) - military, gas masks, gloomy skies, lots of mud... I know this is not how Russia is, but it seems to be the predominant feel spread about it, and not only among the foreigners outside Russia.
So, if you don't mind me asking, how's life in Russia nowadays?
