Well, thank you for the compliment. I get too engulfed in detail at times, but the speed of this contest forced me to try to stay focused. I wanted to spend more time on the bats turning to smoke into the character, but was unable to find the time to fit it in.Β

I have a few projects of my own that I am knee-deep in, but they are a ton of fun and I am learning a ton about the benefits of digital workflows. I started out in oils and moving to digital has forced me to look at new, and in most cases quicker, ways of accomplishing similar results.

They may still announce the winners in the manner they normally do. Premium members will not see the winners due to the fact that it only appears in the space reserved for ads. Because premium members have ads off, they won't know about the winners as of yet.Β
The only reason I found out was because of the congratulations people were giving me and I had to logout to see my image on the "Today" page.
