Two off-world women on a tram on Torei, dressed in their strange off-world non-laminate clothing. The one in the buttoned top has clearly just taken the tank-top girl to the Ministry of Improvements to have her libido upgraded and certain control implants installed. The young lady in the tank top is a willing participant (the trip to Torei being their honeymoon), but is squirming uncomfortably at having to grow accustomed to the new sensations in such a public place.

Actually................I see two girlfriends. One is clearly troubled by something. She's not mad at her girl, No something else has her feeling sad. Maybe where they are going, or where they are coming from. But either way, She's not herself. Her girlfriend is more cavalier about the whole thing. Currently she's trying to cheer up her woman. A little overzealous, note the merriment in her eyes, indicating that this whole situation doesn't bother her nearly as much as the other. She means well, but ultimately her attempts to cheer up her girl are having the opposite effect.

Looks to me like a tough girl, maybe a fighter or a gang leader, asserting her dominance over a less then willing but, physically and mentally, weaker girl. Unless someone intervenes, abuse is imminent.
