Good work! is that really what you want to hear?! first off you should draw from reality and turn all the shapes that you see into simple shapes like cubes, spheres and so on.The first thing that I would change is the way you see things.Try to understand things like a sculptor volumes are the most important then you can add the hair, and all the details you want!
