Description The sun's rays have slipped in under my blinds,
I have raised my eyes from the covers and smiled.
The day has come to greet me.

And the floor is no longer cold with winter's frigid bite,
but that of a spring that is an early happiness.
The dark has lasted far too long,
night can not remain forever.

I have found my purpose in this moment of no importance,
just simply "be".
As my day begins the sunshine floods all of who I am,
all that I have been.
It dances with the possibility of asking nothing in return.

My beautiful ray of sunshine that has peeked through,
darker entities,
thanks for the warmth.
