Matheran trek, 2009.Taken during a 3hr hike during which there wasn't anyone around in a 15 km radius. This lone tree at the edge of the hill sums up the feel of the moment.

The tree really seems to reflect on all he watches - over in the valley lying underneath; as well as in the trains passing by...
And he looks so slanted, almost curious, and yet so vivacious in the same moment...
Really a great concept and a great composition! : )
