Very cute character, reminds me of Pinky Pie. The flashy, almost pop-music-video (read: Nicki Minaj) feel of the makeup, and then something like a Gaga clothing style. Overall, very interesting. (and also reminds me of your chocolate bar character; it's got to do with the zippers ;D Awesomeness points for character-pantheon consistency.)
EXCEPT--one issue.
Her nose seems impossibly off when I look at her mouth. Maybe it's got something to do with the muscles there: when someone twists their mouth in that way, usually the muscles shift slightly but noticeably. You don't seem to show that in your picture, and that's probably why it looks like you had her facing one way and drew on the mouth in a hurry, without regard to anatomy of the face in full.

Hm... I actually took a long time with the mouth and even found pictures for references so if something's off it should be general real life anatomy that's off o__o
