Description
Just at the end of the black labyrinth lies the entrance to the Ruined Underground City. It spread below all of Central City and has a few secret entrances, like: under Outlook Tower 3, the base of the Water slide (you can actually see it to the right), Wayne Manor and the black Arena. It is poorly lit by design and was all dug with TnT, since there wasn't a cave system or canyon there to use
