Your work is really amazing. It's so realistic. And here, I can see that you use a completely different method than most other artist I've seen. But I'm wondering, how do you get the proportions right without a line sketch?

well i usually dont do line skeches because im very impatient and i start right with the colors and in the progress i fix the proportions. Also I dont work straight it might take me a week to finish a drawing just because im easily distracted by other things but positive of this is when you leave a drawing for some time and return later you can see your mistakes easier. Im quite used to draw faces but when i have to draw full body I do skeches before just to see if everything is on the right place. Before I was using grid because is way easier but I dont think I need it anymore, not it takes more time but your skills improve faster

Thank you for your answer. That's very interesting! I've only just started to do sketches, mostly because all the great artists seemed to do it. You've proven that wrong.

well thanks, but "my" way works only with digital drawings, when I was drawing on paper with pencils or charcoal I always did sketches because otherwise it ends up a complete mess

Not annoying at all. When I see something *that* good (Mila) I wonder whether the results might possibly be photo manipulation. Showing progress steps demonstrates you clearly aren't. Wondrous!

i do the sketches quickly like 15/20 mins probably, but with the details around 4/5 hours straight work
