At first I see "Blade Runner" neon lighting after reading the DD comments, but now I see a bit of "Logan's Run" with the expansive feel.

Very cool! It reminds me a lot of the (way)underrated game AquaNox 2: Revelation.
The visual style of this picture is very similar to the interiors of the great underwater buildings in the post-apocalyptic future world of the game.
In fact it looks so much like it was made out of that world, I can hardly believe it wasn't. Or was it? (if no, you should definitely try to get your hands on that game!)

when i first saw the thumbnail, it gave me the impression of a futuristic "nighthawks". closer up shows that not really to be the case, the snapshot of a futuristic metropolis is well executed. congratulations on your DD.
