It's Yangus from Dragon Quest 8, a suggestion from a friend after I noticed that my very last sketch time pick was too similar to an earlier entry (sorry, Aya Brea from Parasite Eve didn't make the cut. I'll dedicate a full artwork for her eventually).
Never drawn a Toriyama character design before, outside of an old, unpublished King Kai rough sketch
