shells aren't exactly the softest and in cali, we get hit by birds quite often. thus, turtles flying = lots of head injuries.

Ok well the colours on the turtles needs a bit more contrast and sharpness as right now they look like plushie turtles.
They just look a little too toy like in comparison to the background which looks a lot more realistic. ^_^

The colours and the general softness. The shells look plush like as mentioned rather than hard as you'd expect a turtle shell to be.
