Something I painted for Magic just came out! With this being a white card, I tried to make them look as friendly as possible to somehow mitigate the creepiness of ghost children

To be honest, this is one of my favourite White cards.
It's not the biggest, or the strongest, but that's not what it's meant to be.
I love it because of the combination of wonderful artwork with such beautiful flavour text.

I know that the artwork has little to do with how good a card is, but this one has art easily as good as the card itself!
I made a deck based around this card, so now, these little cherubs (Aka "the Baby ghosts") now strike fear into the hearts of my friends!

I think you did a fantastic job with these two! The light makes me feel like there is hope for them. I like the detailed expression in the boy's face and how he is offering his hand to the viewer.Β The girl looks quite relieved. Wonderful!

I love this, it is so well done. The light rays really caught my eye and I love how you made the colors refract in them. Though it is a touch saddening to see the spirits of children. Over all, well done.

In a way, it's kind of heartbreaking they died so young without living life, but they look so free and joyful after all the pain. Wonderful job.

Artist proofs are cards with a white back - Wizards gives them to the artists to do with as they please (usually autographs and sketches on the back etc), but they're not for use in official tournaments. Just collector's items

You mean the ghosts or the card? The card is in Magic Origins, so when that comes out it should be available. I'll have artist proofs too!
