"Look at that star mom! Ya know, father says that the great kings of the past live up there." Kasim chimed in with a smirk, thinking he just served his mother some knowledge. Uru smiled as she looked down at a quite Uhuro who was nestled between her paws, his jaw agape at the wonders the night sky held. "Oh, is that so? But I bet he never told you about the great queens of the past, did he? The great queens of the past wake up early every morning. When the world is gray and all others sleep. The time between times, when even the nocturnal animals are just dozing into slumber. The queens march forth and carry the great sun upon their shoulders, shining light upon a new day!" Both of her children sat there in amazement at what she had told them. Uhuro jumped up excitedly, turning to put his paws on his mothers chin. "Mother, I want to be a great queen and carry the sun into the sky some day!" Uru chuckled as she gently shook the cub from her face. "Perhaps some day you will be, my sweet Uro. Some day."

Just some motherly love and bonding time with my boys and their wonderful mother. I have two boys of my own, so this hits close to the feels. I just love this family! <3
