I absolutely hate when I feel like this, particularly because I know I can get a lot done once I'm actually moving. I've seen it. But mustering up the starting energy...it's orders of magnitude harder than I feel it should be.

That is so true....and when you actually feel better then try to get things done, something will come along to break that moment, and it will be a reoccurring cycle...
