Description
The youngest son of the Lord of Dragons, a.k.a. Lady Laura Cobblemeyer, born 8 1/2 months after his father Darren's death. However, unlike all his siblings, he decided NOT to follow the path of warrior, but instead get a 'proper' desk job (though repeated beatings by his brother Damien to 'toughen him up' might have played a factor). After being forced into retirement at 65 his first job due to company regulations, he moved out of Casimir into the neighboring nation, changing his last name to 'Meyers' in order to start over. It was there that he met his wife Barbara, saving her from some ruffians. Long story short, they married and had a son, Corey.

But when Corey was 10, a sudden plague swept through the nation... while Darren weathered the disease just fine due to his draconic heritage, Barbara died and Corey was afflicted with a stomach condition that caused him to throw up if he ate the wrong foods, which likely contributed to Darren's cynical attitude in the present day.

Twenty years later, Darren and a few of his co-workers uncovered corruption at his company, which resulted in a scandal that led to the CEO and several higher-ups being arrested, and the company going bankrupt and being dissolved. Having nowhere else to turn, Darren contacted his sister Collei, who persauded him to take his son and move back home...

Darren Jr. has a bit of a chip on his shoulder with his brother Damien, and a smaller one with his mother Laura, though he does still love them deep down. He also constantly frets about his son due to his stomach condition, especially when it seemed that Corey was inclined to become a warrior like his uncles and aunts...
