Yet another picture of the snow... This is a picture of Boulder Creek (i'm pretty sure). I t was shot on a very bright day (had an exposure of 1/500th of a secons with a f-stop of 9). There was almost no color in this one, so i converted it in photoshop. I almost didn't post this one because it's not my favorite shot, but hey we are our own harshest critic.Related content

I like the framing and contrast here. The composition with trees that close in front of each others get me the feeling of intimacy.

Get ANY snow, yes! This view isnt so rare in central europe, but this year? Half a dozen of snowflakes and our skis are rusting!

Living in the UK we get hardly any snow. It's partly down to the Gulf Stream current that crosses the Atlantic from the Gulf of Mexico. We get plenty of rain but it's usually to warm for snow.

I've been to Boulder Creek before. => I actually think we camped somewhere out there...nice shot. I wish we had seen it in the winter.

I've been arround that place many a times, its really pretty arround the big lakes and in the foothills.

There was soo much light that the diffrence between B&W and color was not noticeable.
