hi there, just offering advice
But it seems when you painted, you used the bucket tool to just fill in wide areas with color. And when you do that you often end up with white speckles around the edge. When you fill tool, you should go back around the edges of everything and use a brush to fill in those spots, or larger versions of the picture suffer quality.
again just advice, not demanding you do anything. As well as you also missed a spot with your fill tool >.<;
