[[ WV: Clyde ]]

◈ Clyde regards his pokemon as members of his family as such, deeply cares for each one. Their wellbeing is always at the top of his priorities.
◈ Clyde strictly refuses to use any of his pokemon for battling and truthfully holds a slight distaste towards the whole concept, especially in a competitive setting.
      ⬩ He tolerates battling when it’s clear that the pokemon and the trainer have a good synergy going on and that the pokemon are enjoying it as well, but even then he prefers to keep his distance to it.
◈ It’s rare for Clyde to keep any of his pokemon inside their pokeballs, unless he’s in a place or in company that requires it. He also usually pokeballs them when he’s going out Masked, but sometimes makes exceptions, especially with his Arcanine Mask.

◈ Kai has been Clyde’s trusted companion for years and is obviously fond of his owner.

◈ Very disciplined 'mon when he needs to be, but his well-trained front hides a complete lap dog.
      ⬩ Still wary of strangers, especially if they get too close too quickly. Warning bites or burns are not off the table, but Clyde does his best to step in before the situation escalates that far.
◈ Having been bred for the military, Kai is bigger and bulkier than your average Arcanine, standing at 6’7”.
◈ Acts as Clyde’s transportation method for longer travels.
◈ Out of Clyde’s Masks, Kai dislikes Caedet and especially Aldric, but he’s really fond of Marchus.

NOTES
◈ Found abandoned in an alleyway, Clyde initially planned to take her to a shelter but in the end didn’t have the heart to part with her anymore so he adopted her instead.
◈ Highly skittish - if you want to approach her without scaring her away, you're going to need tons of patience. Sudden movements and noises quickly send her hiding.
◈ Very clingy towards Clyde - he’s essentially her security blanket.
      ⬩ Likes to travel in his pocket or on his shoulder.
◈ Deeply afraid of kids.
◈ Small even for a Mimikyu, being only 6 inches tall.
    ⬩ Clyde and Jeró believe it’s due to her not having been fed well in her earlier home.
◈ Her favorite Mask of Clyde’s seems to be Caedet. She loves nesting in his fur-like collar.
◈ Jero helped Clyde with naming her.

◈ A registered service pokemon trained to help Clyde with his PTSD, and as such always accompanies him when he’s not Masked.
      ⬩ Her tasks include - but are not limited to - reminding Clyde to take his medication, alerting Jeró or Kai when Clyde's not feeling well, providing comfort and distraction if neither of them are available and waking him up when he's having a nightmare.
      ⬩ Knows how to open Kai’s pokeball.
◈ She came from a respectable breeder who was focused on raising pokemon suitable for being trained as service pokemon.
◈ Slightly smaller than an average Arcanine, standing at 6’. She also has floppy ears and slightly lighter patterns that have resulted from selective breeding.
◈ Pretty neutral towards Clyde’s Masks save from Aldric, who she regards with slight apprehension.

NOTES

◈ Clyde found Coco in the aftermath of Lady Godiva’s rampage.
◈ Often accompanies Clyde while he’s working at his shelter.
  ⬩ She’s turned out to be skilled at calming other distressed pokemon down and has learned how to do some simple tasks such as filling water bowls.
◈ Has lost her right eye, likely during Lady Godiva’s destruction spree.
◈ Doesn’t like to be held but loves climbing on people on her own accord.
◈ Dislikes all of Clyde’s Masks, and fears Masks in general. Will hide whenever she sees one, be it a gijinka or just the physical Mask.
  ⬩ The only Mask she somewhat tolerates is Clyde’s Arcanine Mask which Clyde is actively using to try to help Coco get over her worst fears through slow but controlled exposure.
