HOLY WHAT?! Scott Pilgrim is out on DVD today? (Can you tell I don't own a BluRay player?) Well, that's why I drew this picture...to remind you all to go buy that shit! If you are one of the few geeks who didn't see this and are wondering, "Well, I didn't see it in the theaters, why would I buy it on video?" I'll tell you why...I saw Scott Pilgrim 3 times in the theater.
"So what?" You may ask yourself. Well, if you had to ask yourself that, you obviously don't know me very well. My seeing a movie 3 times in the theater is significant because Derek Hunter is the cheapest man alive. So if a movie is good enough for me to spend money on more than once...it is worth owning forever.
Go buy that shit, nerds. I am.

damn, that's out on dvd already?! the real question is how long until it's on netflix; until then, i'll just re-read the comics (gah... i love 'em... so much)
also, the movie could have been significantly improved if they'd kept the graphics direction, but replaced michael cera with DH's version. seriously, derek hunter animations? WIN.

As for the netflix...dude, go buy it! The extras are awesome and have really good rewatchability, I think. Also, man...talk about a great movie for background noise while drawing and general inspiration. WOO! I've already watched it 3 times.

oh man, I totally spaced on extra awesomenes...
I only say netflix cause the only time I've got background noise while drawing (or time for drawing) is when my buddy Allen and I hang at his place to sketch for a bit (x-files or king of the hill). other than that it's all school work.
maybe i'll get it... I should probably just get it when I get a paycheck
