Bio:
Jacques was born in London where he learned mechanics and experiments with fuel while his little brother Guiseppe studies making steam-powered machines like a go-kart with an engine powered by steam, or a pair of jet boots powered by steam.
Born with 200 IQ, he once invented his fuel powered rocket hammer and named it "CROQUET" after the sport of the same name. He also became one of the weaponsmiths, creating powerful guns, cannons, swords, and bombs used by the British Army and the Vikings.
While fighting the Slashers after moving to America, he used his hammer and his pistol together with Giuseppe armed with a rocket lance to defeat them. He also helps Tails with his mechanical projects and others. Because of his popularity in Mellworth, one of his comrades named Crom decided to steal Hotspur's inventions, this angered Hotspur and battled a long fight against him, with Crom defeated, Hotspur tells him get out of Mellworth City and then meets evil scientist Dr. Fitzgerald, they talked about their revenge on Hotspur and Derek, they planned of makinthe most dangerous army of cyborgs and robots to conquer the city and rid it with all the civilians forever. Hotspur and Guiseppe figure it out, and they infiltrates the base alone, but the robots are to strong to be handled. And while looking for strong companions, they find a red hoodied boy who appears to be Derek, they saw him and became friends. Now since he and Giuseppe joined forces with Derek, they fought to stop Crom and Dr. Fitzgerald from their plans of world domination. Or just wander around the city and have some burgers, watch TV or play video games with Derek, or just help Daniel in his projects and upgrades.
