Throughout the events of Triple Zero, the Alliance find themselves in a race to stop a string of terrorist attacks in New Iacon committed by Cordis Die.

While some units get tips to stop attacks, A team consisting of Takashi 'Shiro' Shirogane, Winter Schnee, Captain Rex, Harriet Bree, Marrow Amin and Delta Squad are tasked with finding who's supplying Cordis Die weapons.

The team receives a tip from Washington that a ship known as the Final Offer in a harbor serves as an arms-dealing depot, and it doesn't take them long enough to discover who's behind it.

During a raid on the Final Offer, they discovered Decepticon Swindle had been providing Cordis Die various hardware, including Banished and Imperial weaponry and a collection of Altesian made Phase Charges.
