Been a while since anything Renegade Prime related so here we go. Been focusing so much on the First Order's military strength i figured it's time to let the Alliance military shine a little bit as i feel they have been left in the dust in favor of the FO. But anyways let's get into it.

Special forces and special operations forces (SOF) are military units trained to conduct special operations. It has defined special operations as military activities conducted by specially designated, organized, trained, and equipped forces, manned with selected personnel, using unconventional tactics, techniques, and modes of employment.

Everyone knows you can't have a mighty military presence without Special Forces. Special Forces have been a staple of Armed Forces of sometime since the beginning. When the Alliance was founded it's leader noted the importance of Special Forces units and integrated existing ones and even created ones.

Depending on the Unit, special forces may perform functions including airborne operations, counter-insurgency, counter-terrorism, foreign internal defense, covert ops, direct action, hostage rescue, high-value targets/manhunt, intelligence operations, mobility operations, and unconventional warfare.

With ever growing tensions between them and the First Order and the arrival of a alien mercenary group known as the Banished, Special Forces would be needed now more than ever.

Alliance SF are:

SEAL's.
Rangers.
MARSOC Raiders.
ARC Troopers.
Commandos.
ODST's.
Paladins.
Onyx Guard.

Now for Paladins they wear the Power Armor from Starship Troopers and basically conduct the same missions that the Rangers, Commandos, SEALs and Raiders do.
