[will insert information later, but he's largely the same]Wanted to reintroduce some details from the various iterations of Arcticguana, such as his colored outfit/mascara from his Ult and the chapped lips from OS. Gave him a funny lil tail so he was more iguana-like. As for any similarities between my design and another, mine was created back in 2017, so it's pure happenstance.
