I only have one problem. When i go to make the model in pmx editor and put it in blender skin is showing on the arms,Hips and the top of the legs how can i fix this?

Oh, that's the texture for both the legs and the hands. You'll need to ask Tundra about that since they're the one who ported the model to mmd
