I like it! I love the complexity of pose and detail, colors and textures, and the combination of grace and strength.
Mind you, some British viewers might see his gesture as a rude suggestion. But then I've never known why the Brits think anyone should shove TWO things up there....
Anyway! If you want an actual crit--a minor one--I'm doubtful about the upcurved angle of the creature in the lower left, because it interrupts the dynamic composition of the rest of the picture. The prince and the main creature make a great sweeping reverse-S shape across the page, with the smaller creature on the right echoing the curve of the prince's leg-fins, but then the hookback of that creature on the lower _left_ seems to put the brakes on, halting the motion and our eyes. And it makes an anchor shape with the otherwise fine creature on the right, adding to the sense of motion stopped.
But this IS minor, and I'm not a professional artist, so feel free to ignore me here.
