Well in the Japanese games, It was to translate as Lando but instead, they choose Randall. A few fans were very angry with it.
They even changed Angela's name from Sharon.

Well it was very weird to know that we would translate an english name to another at the time. Heck they even did it with Desmond Sycamore. He was suppose to be a Foster or Simon.
