No but it's this AU idea I've had where Merin is the prince of the magical realm and Arthur ends up finding him and (this can go 2 ways) option 1: he captures him and he becomes his 'manservant' OR option 2: he falls in love with him and visits him in the forest until Uther finds out and attacks the secret faerie barrier protecting the magical creatures and Arthur sacrifices himself and feels really bad that they have to close the door between the realms forever but Merlin ends up dragging Arthur in at the last second OR Merlin stays with Arthur on the mortal side and eventually dies because sads.
