This is really cool. I am especially interested in how you drew the reflections. Do you have any tips for someone who is just starting drawing and trying to learn?

Thank you! I'm glad you like it. This entire piece was a photomanip. So I didn't draw the reflections, persay, I just took the moons, flipped them and scewed them in Photoshop to make it look like a reflection.
I'm not going to say the old-age adage, practice, cause frankly that gets you nowhere if you don't know what the world to practice. (And yes, that is part of it but now all) I will say, that if you are interested take some art classes, trust me they work wonders. I don't know where you are in your drawing right now, but tutorials can be extremely helpful. I had a Photoshop class a long while ago that taught me basics and from there I was able to teach myself digital painting and even doing worthwhile photomanips. Though I could use another digital class, which I plan to take while I'm in art school. 
If there is something particular you want to know, maybe you could tell me and maybe I could point you to some good tutorials or something.
