Did this off a screenshot from Justice League, the second best animated tv series (after Avatar: TLA) in my opinion. Besides Jon Jones, these two are my favorite characters from the show.Overall, this was a bit more difficult than I was anticipating. I had the most difficulty, by far, with Wonder Woman's eyes, but I'm happy with how they turned out.
If anyone has any tips for doing eyes/faces or can link me to any tutorials it would be most appreciated

Such AMAZING series! I just finished watching JLU again, in fact, and now I'm watching JL, since I missed most of its first airing (and JLU's...I think...)! XD

im not entirely sure what u mean by that but ima run with what i got and just let me know if u were asking something else.
for the eyes i first drew the eyelids with a line tool, then i used a circle tool to make the eyeballs. next i just used the regular paint tool to make the pupils and filled in the iris with the same cloud render used for the background, just much grainier and with a slightly different color scheme
