He's participating in the 2012 Masquerade Ball. Designing a non-European Masquerade outfit was definitely fun; I took inspiration from the Navajo and Australian Aboriginal people mostly (with a bit of modification by my imagination, of course).

So yeah.

I really need to sit down and make a ref sheet for this guy.
