There all hand made by the people wearing them IE: Rex made Rex, Cody made Cody

You can buy the blank armor designs for clone troopers but your kind of one your own from that point, same with the Resident evil costume, Bumble bee.....Yeah that was scratch from the ground up, absolutely no possible way to make another unless you make one from scratch as well.

You can get it online, they are expensive though, but I'd look around ebay and prop sites.
