I saw this parking meter while walking around near Hollywood Blvd. I had to take a shot of it!Related content

Unfortunately the camera seemed to focus on the car behind it, and not the meter itself. It is a little bit distracting to see every thing in focus behind it, while the meter is sitting there saying fail. Almost as if saying "YOU FAIL TO TAKE A PICTURE OF ME!" (Just how it comes off not how I actually feel)
The meter seems a tad worn though, makes me wonder if all the meters were like this or if you used this one because it was the only one that actually said "FAIL"
It looks like it was a nice sunny day when you took this picture. (yeah, I was a few words short sorry)
