Design featuring Nintendo's original line of products - Hanafuda ( 花札 ) cards, which it started manufacturing in 1889.This is from the August series, which is represented by 薄 (susuki, silver grass).
This one in particular is the Full Moon special card in wallpaper form.
The Japanese text says "nintendo", and the circle with kanji is Nintendo's original logo.
