Oh, yeah, please try it, it's awesome. With or without caramel... I'm not a huge fan of caramel, you can only taste sweetness, it blunts out all other aromas.

I just tried it without the caramel but with a little bit cinnamon and a small pancake and it was sooo delicious!! I absolutely love it I guess i will do this more often now, thank you for this wonderful recipe
