to download these you need to have a zip program.
you should download 7-ZIP because it's a free program and it's really good.
then after you do that download the brushes and extract them to the brushes folder. i hope this helps. if not, feel free to ask again :]

well u know i have a program winzip and i downloaded these brushes and extracted them too but theyrnt showing in adobe wht u say!

adobe? wait, what program do you use?
try dragging the brushes into the brushes folder
C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\share\gimp\2.0\brushes

these brushes aren't for photoshop.. they're for gimp
