I think there's traces of blonde in her eyebrows? I guess that means she may not be a bottle-blonde. And yeah, she's using that sad-eyes thing. Oh well, at least she can do better next time.
BTW, isn't that her rock star outfit from her DOA4 Ending? That bit actually reminds me, I realize Bass Armstrong is very overprotective of Tina, but why on earth would Bass mistake that video she was in (I think her rock song debut) during his motorcycle race for a porn film of all things (at least, I think it was that. DOA Wiki claimed it was an "adult" film, and that's the only thing I could think of that matched the description of an adult film, especially when he was apparently shocked enough to lose control of his motorcycle and crash into the screen)? First of all, I don't think porn flicks would be broadcast in public and in front of hundreds of people during a motorcycle race (in fact, even with the coarsening of our culture, that's usually one line they don't cross yet, as porn flicks generally stay in X-rated theaters, and at best are on the internet). And second of all, Bass Armstrong would have probably been old enough to recognize Rock and Roll (since it was pretty much established back when he was likely a child, or at most a teenager).

and that video that Bass saw in his ending, probably it was just an action or romantic movie, maybe with a R rating (hence the adults film classification)

I saw the Bass ending on DOA Wiki via a video file, and now I can see why Bass would get all panicked at it and lose the race (apparently, Tina and some other guy were on a beach at sunset about to kiss while standing and... well, it looked as though Tina was at the very least topless, though that may have just been a camera illusion). Hope he has good medical insurance, considering he got electrocuted hitting that billboard.
And yeah, good point about Tina being blonde as a kid. Though I do know a woman during Middle School who was blonde, yet naturally changed to raven-haired as she grew older, and my teacher implied that this was common. Though the blonde eyebrows indicated she may have just dyed her hair brunette. I also heard that her hair was rendered brunette in the first game because the arcade graphics couldn't render blonde hair.

you're right in everything, especially in the pigmentation of the natural hair colour, when i was a kid my hair was clear brown but now i have it more black than a carbon piece
