I was busy today going shopping for christmas stuff, but I did draw todays dragon with the theme of Lava. She was really fun to draw and I've given her a bio too, which I'm going to try to do for every dragon design I do this month. I wasn't really sure how to do lava but I gave it my best shot.

Name: Fusilia'Pes Undead Dragon

Size (From head to tail): 4 metres - 5 metres

Habitat: Molten mountains/Volcanos can also be found rarely on ordinary warm mountains.

Diet: Roots, tree bark, various plants, Herbivore

Movement Style: In it's younger stages it can fly very fast, but as it decays like many other undead dragons do, it loses it's ability to fly and moves faster on foot.

Gender Variation: Females have feathers covering parts of their bodies while males do not, they use these to attract males. The ones, both of them, pictured are females, mother and daughter.

Type of young: Eggs

Mating Season: Spring

At a young age this dragon is fully formed and warm blooded, and it goes out practicing flying and hunting for edible plants on its own, as olders can not fly and parents can only remain in their volcanic homes. As they grow older their skin erodes and so do their viens, thus their fiery insides ooze out and solidify into stones below them. Ancient religions tell tales of how these beasts protected the land around them from volcanic eruptions with their powerful ability to control and manipulate lava, and how thier calm and respectful attitude has never faltered, they have never turned to use thier abilities for evil. In volcanic eruptions these dragons swoop down to control the flow of smoke and lava and save animals and humans alike. They are quiet, respectable and noble creatures with an appearence that contradicts their kind nature. Selfless and secretive, they are slightly rare to find in the wild unless you roam into their volcanic homes. Fusilia'Pes Dragons are often given gifts by people, who leave piles of fresh crops and vegetation at the base of the volcanoes they live on to honour the beasts.
